UCAL SYSTEMS, Inc. formerly known as AMTEC Precision Products is a Leading Manufacturer of High Volume, precision metal components including but not limited to components such as Power train systems, Fuel systems, Ride control, Brake systems, Air conditioning systems, Defense, Aerospace and Hydraulic valves/pumps. The primary customers are Automotive OEM’s, Aerospace, Appliance industry, Hydraulic industry and Marine industry among others. UCAL SYSTEMS, Inc machines a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials like specialty alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminum and brass in bars, castings, tubing, and forgings. UCAL SYSTEMS INC. has a fully equipped quality lab capable of meeting our customer’s stringent requirements. UCAL SYSTEMS INC. is certified for IATF: 16949: 2016 Automotive Standard, AS9100:2016, ISO: 14001: 2015 Environmental Standard and Minority Certified Company.
UCAL SYSTEMS, Inc. is a part of UCAL group of companies founded by Shri K. Gopalakrishna, a visionary leader who built the multi-dimensional enterprise. The Group is currently led by our Chairman Mr.Jayakar Krishnamurthy. UCAL as a group today manufactures a wide spectrum of products for automotive and other sectors. It is a perfect amalgam of people, technology and resources reinforced by the advantage of a thorough understanding of industry needs.

History
- The company was founded in 1954 at Elk Grove Village in Illinois.
- Existed under different names and became AMTEC precision products when it moved to Elgin in 1991.
- Became a subsidiary of UCAL Ltd. (FKA) UCAL Fuel System Ltd. in 2005.
- Company name changed to UCAL SYSTEMS INC, formerly known as AMTEC PRECISION PRODUCTS in November 2018.
