Extensive Equipment Base
We do almost all our machining in-house. Besides various turning and milling capabilities, we have a host of secondary operations like broaching, gun drilling, honing, grinding, spline rolling, gear cutting, and various types of de-burring in-house. We out-source our heat-treating and plating requirements.
Highly Skilled Workforce
Our employees have on average 14 years of tenure with UCAL Systems, Inc., which makes them uniquely suited to handle challenges in the areas of production, quality, engineering, or maintenance. In order to enhance that specialized knowledge, the organization participates in roughly 250 training hours each month to stay current on customer requirements, changes in policy.
